Mont Marcal Brut Rose Cava 2017
The winery Mont Marçal Vinícola was founded in 1975 by Manuel Sancho who, after many years of dedication to the world of the music, directed his activity towards a new art; the world of wine and cava. Since 2015, under new ownership, the philosophy of the winery and the dedication to producing quality wines under the Denominations of Origén Penedès, Catalunya, and Cava continue. The winery, originally a 14th century farmhouse and then a 19th century convent, is now a state-of-the-art winemaking facility. 100% Trepat, a Catalan black variety especially apt for rosé production. Attractive light ruby color with pronounced red berry fruit and excellent mousse.
Mustiguillo Mestizaje Blanc 2017
65% Merseguera, 24% Viognier & 11% Malvasia
From the almost lost indigenous variety, Merseguera, these estate vines are grown organically at Finca Calvestra, at over 900 meters altitude. These vines were grafted onto existing Bobal vines (of over 40 years) where the Bobal could not reach maturity due to the altitude. Ripe orange citrus and white peach on the nose. The palate has a memorable roundness, as well as tangy and tart fruit to keep it refreshing.
Lambert Breze Clos Mazurique
Arnaud Lambert is helping to drive a revolutionary movement in the appellations of Saumur and Saumur-Champigny. The goal is to re-discover each individual terroir and its potential through organic viticulture and less-is-more, precise winemaking. This is particularly important considering 70% of the surface area in Brézé and Saint Cyr belongs to the cooperatives, where branding and blending prevail, and mass-produced crémants dominate. 100% Cabernet Franc, Vine Age: Planted in 1990 Terroir: Facing west, silty sand soil on Turonian limestone bedrock. Viticulture: Organic (certified, methods since 2009), Vinification: 100% de-stemmed, indigenous yeast fermentation in concrete tanks, no pump-overs. Aged for 5 months in concrete tank.

The Bulfon Refosco is 100% Refosco; the vineyard where it comes from is located in the villages of Valeriano and Pinzano al Tagliamento on terroir of medium texture.
