Jean-Luc Colombo les Abeilles Blanc
80% Clairette, 20% Roussanne
A blend of traditional white southern Rhône grapes, Les Abeilles originates from wines grown in the region’s ancient, terraced vineyards. This gracious, medium-bodied white has floral and fruity, spicy aromas and a supple, harmonious palate. The Roussanne matures on its lees for 6 months in barrel. To help fight Colony Collapse Disorder, Jean-Luc Colombo created the Bee Helpful Program. For every consumer purchase of Jean-Luc Colombo Côtes du Rhône Les Abeilles Rouge or Blanc, Palm Bay and Jean-Luc Colombo will donate 10% of the net profits per year to UC Davis Department of Entomology for honey bee research.

Gemtree Savagnin Moonstone

Biodynamic with the emphasis on ‘dynamic’. The lifted citrus and apple blossom aromas flow from nose to palate. Delicacy, mouth-watering acidity and mid-palate texture make this an intelligent alternative to that other ‘Savvy’. The fresh, lively and zesty characteristics come through from the nose to the palate. Clean and light weight with good natural acid. The flavours of lemon, lime and granny smith apples are also evident on the palate. This is a fantastic easy drinking style perfect for enjoying on the deck!

Hang Time Pinot Noir
100% Pinot Noir
Grapes for Hangtime Pinot Noir are given extended hangtime and harvested at peak ripeness, when they reach the perfect balance between concentrated fruit character, soft tannins, bright acidit, a rich garnet color with aromas of dark cherry, dried cranberry, and hints of allspice. The silky mouthfeel and supple tannins contribute to a long and satisfying finish.

Carmen Gran RSV Carmenere
A red wine with an intense, violet-ruby colour. The bouquet is fruity with strong plum, cherry, and mulberry notes. The aroma also has a vegetable edge of ripe red pepper, and the flavour is complex, with jams, spinach, and chocolate. Barrel aging lends this wine pleasant smoky and toast notes, bringing out its spices; texture is soft, with rounded tannins and medium body.With the aim of making wines in harmony with the environment, Viña Carmen created the Nativa brand in 1995 to grow organic grapes in the Alto Maipo Valley. In 1999 Nativa was the first brand to present a wine made with 100% organic grapes. In 2009 Nativa became an independent winery and is the only Chilean winery with a portfolio of 100% organic wines, consisting of its Gran Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon and three wines in the Reserva line —Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenere, and Sauvignon Blanc.
