Laurenz V. Singing Grüner Veltliner
The grapes for this Veltliner are grown mainly in loess and gravel soils of the Kremstal region. Their distinctive fruitiness is owed to marked alternating temperatures of the north-south positioned Kremstal: warm air rising from the Danube valley is met by cool air flowing down from the nearby Waldviertel region and along the Krems river. While this warmth influences ripeness and concentrated aromas, the coolness lends strongly to the fresh fruitiness. Thanks to the adding of some Veltliner grapes from the Weinviertel, the wine takes on a light fizzy character. A very attractive fruit bouquet yields apple, peach and citrus aromas along with a typical Veltliner spiciness and a touch of white pepper. The soft and juicy palate is supported by fine acidity. It sings on the palate!

Donati Family Vineyard Sister’s Forever Unoaked Chardonnay
The stainless-steel style reveals lots of green-leaning fruit on this wine: green pear, green banana and kiwi, altogether quite tropical. Similarly, the palate shows lime pith, apple blossoms and apple soda, moving toward a sour and bitter sensation as well.

Capuchina Vieja Red
Virtually non-existent in the United States, with only 800 total six packs imported. Just 75 cases remain of this impressive Red Blend that will soon only be found in private cellars of those lucky enough to secure some of the minuscule production…From vineyards at 1575 feet elevation in Spain’s Sierras de Malaga Appellation, this red blend possesses impeccable structure, depth and character and is a Gold Medal winner and Best Value at the 2014 China Wine & Spirits Awards – the largest, most prestigious Wine & Spirits Competition in Hong Kong and China.
Aged for 12 months in French Oak barrels, and bottled in June of 2011, with 3 ½ years in the bottle this wine is really showing Beautifully. If you love rich, silky reds with excellent structure and personality, I strongly recommend securing a case.

Donati Family Vineyard Claret

Blend: 48% Cabernet Sauvignon
45% Merlot
5% Malbec
1% Petit Verdot
1% Cabernet Franc

Four Bordeaux varieties work as a team in this bottling to deliver aromas of blackberry jam, caramel, roasted cocoa, peppercorn and dark soil. There’s great cohesion to the palate, where black cherry, hints of root beer and purple flowers ride buoyant acidity and chalky tannins.
