Grahm Beck Brut

This delightful sparkling wine exudes light yeasty aromas, limey fresh fruit on the nose, and rich creamy complexity on the palate. This Brut NV is intended to cleanse the palate, stimulate the taste buds and entice you to progress to the ‘next level’ in your tasting journey as you savour the nuances and complexities of the other bubblies in our portfolio. When introduced to the Brut NV your love affair with Graham Beck

Glenelly Estate Rsv. Chardonnay
THE ESTATE RESERVE CHARDONNAY DISPLAYS A WONDERFUL BRIGHT CRISP COLOUR. THE NOSE OFFERS VIBRANT CITRUS, LIME ZEST AND FLINT WITH HINTS OF APPLE WITH UNDERLYING MINERALITY AND VANILLA BUTTERSCOTCH. THE PALATE IS LUSH, WITH A CREAMY TEXTURE UNDERPINNED WITH BEAUTIFUL MINERAL NOTES AND HINTS OF TOASTED vALMOND AND VANILLA. THE FINISH IS FRESH WITH GREAT MINERALITY.

Warwick Three Cape Ladies Red
A classy Cape blend that oozes as much style as it does history. The first Cape blend in South Africa – originally launched in 1997 – taking you on a pioneering taste trip filled with heady red fruit notes of wild strawberry, freshly picked mulberry and cherries, then overlayed with a densely briary smack. All that fruit being said, you won’t miss the library of leather, licorice and just a lick of tobacco that shows it can be as demure as it is extravagant.

Badenhorst Secateurs Red
All fruit, red and white, is whole bunch-handled so no crushing or destemming takes place. The whites are tranferred directly to old casks or into concrete tanks for fermentation and ageing. The red grapes are fermented in concrete tanks and open wooden kuipe. The post fermentation maceration is lengthy – up to 4 months -whereafter the wines are put to cask or 4000L foudres. No additions are done to the grapes other than sulfur before and after fermentation. The aromas are perfumed, peppery, spicey, smokey and exhibit ripe red fruit notes. As always the palate texture of this style of wine is supple, smooth on the entry but with enough grip and freshness to finish dry and refreshing. In the mouth the texture and fineness of fruit tannin and drinkability of the wine is immediately evident.
