Minimus Omero Chardonnay Willamette Valley
As per usual, our Willamette Valley Chardonnay is mostly free of Dijon clones. It’s primarily heirloom Chardonnay
clones, brought together to create a wine with bright acidity, complex aromatics and a structured elegance that you
don’t often find in wines at this price point. Fermented and aged in neutral oak to allow the fruit expression to really
shine.

Chateau Routas Rosé
45% Cinsault, 35% Grenache and 20% Syrah from one of the most highly awarded and well-respected producers of Provençal rosés in the world. In the Coteaux Varois, Routas has rooted itself as a top quality estate offering the best value: quality rosé from multiple, small vineyard sites with a diverse range of soil types and irregularly shaped plots. The 2017 continues to be solid from Jean Louis Bavay of Domaine Ott fame in Bandol. The 2018 will not disappoint for quality. Look for classic Provençal flavors of garrigue with a myriad of thirst-
quenchingly dry, ripe red & orchard fruit!

Les Croisille Le Croizillon Malbec
The Croisille family built its vineyard from the ground up. Since its inception, the vineyard has expanded to cover a thirty-hectare area (approximately 74 acres). Business took on a new evolution in 2008 when their second son, Germain, officially joined the team. The vineyard expanded and started transitioning toward organic viticulture in 2010. Sourced from the limestone plateau located in Fages, France and the second terrace located in Luzech, France.The grapes used to create this latest batch of wine from Cahors were sourced from several of our vineyard’s different terroirs, allowing Malbec’s fruity and easily drinkable nature to come forward. Still surprisingly delicate and fresh, almost like a vin de soif. Herbs and underripe berries on the nose lead to a palate that is tart, slightly dusty, and very refreshing.

Silice Viticultores Silice Rouge
Brothers Juan and Carlos Rodriguez teamed up with Priorat and Montsant producer Fredi Torres to form Silice Viticultores. As friends and natives of Galicia, their love for Ribeira Sacra brought them together and reconnecting with their roots became the driving force behind making wine there. Extreme vineyards, respectful viticulture, and artisanal winemaking became the pillars of their union. Not only have these remained the pillars of their foundation, but in some cases they’ve taken extreme vineyards to downright dangerous. Access to some of them was almost impossible, can’t even imagine what harvest is like… Working with 6 small vineyards ranging from 40 to 100+ years of age, all of which spread across the steep slate and granite slopes of Amandi, their organic practice and biodynamic principles along with their minimal intervention in cellar sets them apart from the rest of their neighbors. They made their first vintage in 2013 and rapidly became a reference for elegance and finesse in the region. 80% Mencia mixed with Merenzao, Albarello, Garnacha Tintorera and other local grapes including whites, Silice is a representation of the region as whole while their Finca wines represent unique single vineyards worthy of recognition as are Lobeiras and Romeo. Frome the importer “Aromas of wild berries, herbs, sweet smoke, and damp earth meet a juicy, fresh, light-medium palate of tart cranberry, wild cherries, sour plum, black tea, and blueberries, with wild thyme, purple and blue florals, and salty, funky notes of damp soil.
